There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Space-saving 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Adjustable outputs through their output pins. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. This voltage regulator 12v should operate at a temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ when operating. 50kHz~500kHz is the switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.225V volts. As a result of its peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator is virtually indestructible.
