Description
The LM5002 is a high voltage switch mode regulator that integrates a 75 Volt N-Channel MOSFET with a 0.5 Amp peak current limit. It features current mode control, an adjustable output voltage, and a wide bandwidth error amplifier. The device also includes integrated current sensing and limiting, slope compensation, and an 85% maximum duty cycle limit.
