Description
The LM134/LM234/LM334 are 3-terminal adjustable current sources with a wide operating current range (1μA to 10mA), excellent current regulation (0.02%/V), and a dynamic voltage range of 1V to 40V. They require only one external resistor to set the current and operate as true floating current sources with no separate power supply connections. Reverse applied voltages up to 20V draw minimal current, allowing them to function as both rectifiers and current sources in AC applications.
