LM22674MRE-5.0/NOPB Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In this voltage regulator, 8 terminations are present. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-PowerSOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. Surface Mount-mount switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~125°C TJ. Featuring a maximum design flexibility of 500mA, dc to dc voltage regulator has a maximum output current of 500mA. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 42V. 260 is essentially indestructible due to DC DC switching regulator's peak reflow temperature. An input voltage of 12V is required to meet the requirements of the switching regulator operation. In the particular voltage regulators, the LM22674 family is represented. There is a possibility that DC DC switching regulator can give voltage at 5V volts. In order to operate voltage regulator, there are 8 pins that must be connected. DC DC switching regulator's high accuracy can be maintained with a frequency of 500kHz.
