LM193DR Description
LM193DR is a comparator which is featured lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, and improved 2kV ESD performance and input robustness through dedicated ESD clamping.
LM393B and LM2903B devices are the next generation of the industry standard family of LM393 and LM2903 comparators. These new generation B version comparators feature lower offset voltage, higher supply voltage capability, lower supply current, lower input bias current, lower propagation delay, and improved 2kV ESD performance and input robustness through dedicated ESD clamping. LM393B and LM2903B can replace LM293, LM393 and LM2903 for An and V levels. All devices consist of two independent voltage comparators designed to be operated by a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. The static current has nothing to do with the supply voltage.
