LFE3-35EA-9FTN256I Overview
The ECP3 series of electronic components is designed for surface mount applications and is compliant with the Pbfree code. These components have a terminal position of BOTTOM and require a supply voltage of 1.2V. However, they are not compliant with the Reach Compliance Code. When reflowing these components, the maximum temperature should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius. The ECP3 series is designed for power supplies of 1.2V and has a RAM size of 165.9kB.
