There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 256-LBGA package and X package. Fpga chips consists of FLASH PLD elements. Having 159 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. To form a fundamental building block, there are 640 logic elements/cells. It is powered from a supply voltage of 1.2V. The Field Programmable Gate Arrays family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. In order to operate it, it requires a voltage supply of 1.14V~1.26V .
