The 1933M is a forward/reverse motor driver designed for low voltage operation. It features low-saturation outputs in a compact package.

Maximum supply voltage: -0.3 to 10.5V
Maximum output applied voltage: -0.3 to 10.5V
Maximum input applied voltage: -0.3 to 10.0V
Maximum output current: 1.0A per channel
Allowable power dissipation: 560mW (independent IC)
Operating temperature: -30 to 75°C
Storage temperature: -40 to 150°C
