Description
The L6932 is an ultra-low drop output linear regulator that operates from 2V to 14V and supports up to 2A of current. It features an internal 50mΩ N-channel MOSFET, making it suitable for DC-DC conversion between 2.5V and 1.5V at 2A in portable applications. The L6932 is available in fixed voltage options of 1.5V, 1.8V, and 2.5V, as well as an adjustable version from 1.2V. It offers a voltage regulation accuracy of 1%.
