Description
The L6234 is a triple half-bridge designed to drive a brushless DC motor. It utilizes BCD multipower technology, combining isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and Bipolar circuits on a single chip. This mixed technology optimizes both the logic circuitry and the power stage for optimal performance.
