Microsemi Corporation JANTXV1N5296-1
- Part Number:
- JANTXV1N5296-1
- Manufacturer:
- Microsemi Corporation
- Ventron No:
- 3251710-JANTXV1N5296-1
- Description:
- DIODE CURRENT REG 100V
- Datasheet:
- JANTXV1N5296-1
Description
The 1N5283-1 through 1N5314-1 series of current regulator diodes provides a selection of current regulation options from 0.22 mA to 4.7 mA with standard 10% tolerances. These devices regulate current over a broad voltage range, serving as a counterpart to Zener diodes that regulate voltage over a broad current range. The diodes are available in axial-leaded packages, with the DO-7 packaging option featuring a double-plug internal bond connection and a larger active die element for current limiting.
Features
High source impedance
Internal metallurgical bond
JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, and JANS qualifications available per MIL-PRF-19500/463
RoHS compliant versions available (commercial grade only)
Double-plug construction
Regulates current over a broad operating voltage and temperature range
Extensive selection from 0.22 mA to 4.7 mA
Standard current tolerances of plus/minus 10%
Flexible axial-lead mounting terminals
Non-sensitive to ESD
Inherently radiation hard
Applications
Regulating current over a broad voltage range
Counterpart to Zener diodes for current regulation
Applications requiring high source impedance
Applications where internal metallurgical bond is desired
Applications requiring JAN, JANTX, JANTXV, or JANS qualifications
Applications where RoHS compliance is required
Applications where double-plug construction is beneficial
Applications where flexible axial-lead mounting terminals are required
Applications where non-sensitivity to ESD is important
Applications where inherent radiation hardness is desired
