Description
The IRSM505-015 and IRSM515-015 are 3-phase Integrated Power Modules (IPMs) designed for advanced appliance motor drive applications such as energy-efficient fans and pumps. These IPMs combine low Rosen Trench FREDFET technology with a high-voltage, rugged driver in a familiar package. They are optimized for low EMI characteristics.

Driver tolerant to negative transient voltage (-Vs)
