Description
The INA139 and INA169 are high-side, unipolar, current shunt monitors. They offer a wide input common-mode voltage range, high speed, low quiescent current, and a compact SOT23 package. These features make them suitable for various applications.
The devices convert a differential input voltage to a current output, which is then converted back to a voltage using an external load resistor. This allows for gain adjustment from 1 to over 100.
