ICS275PGIT Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A clock generator's input is called Crystal and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 200MHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS logic levels is presented here.
