Description
The HMC910LC4B is a broadband time delay with a continuously adjustable delay range of 0 to 70 ps. It operates over a wide bandwidth of DC to 24 GHz and can be used for single-ended or differential operation. The device features an adjustable differential output voltage swing of 170-760 mVp-p at 24 GHz and a delay control modulation bandwidth of 10 MHz. It is powered by a single 3.3V supply and is packaged in a 24-lead ceramic 4x4mm SMT package.
