Description
The HMC837LP6CE is a fractional-N PLL with an integrated VCO. It operates in the frequency range of 1025-1150, 2050-2300, and 4100-4600 MHz. The PLL features ultra-low phase noise (-112 dBc/Hz in-band typical), a figure of merit (FOM) of -230 dBc/Hz, and jitter of less than 180 fs RMS. It has a 24-bit step size with a resolution of 3 Hz typical and supports exact frequency mode. The PLL also includes a built-in digital self-test and is packaged in a 40-lead 6x6 mm SMT package with a footprint of 36 mm².
