HMC7043LP7FE Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Strip method. This clock generator is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 3.2GHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.465V for this clock generator. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C.
