HMC699LP5ETR Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 5V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.3GHz.
