Using the Digi-Reel® package, this RF Switch optimizes the performance of the RF Switch 12v.A RF Switch consists of 16 terminations.In order for it to operate properly, RF Switch's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C.There is a subcategory of this RF light switch called RF/Microwave Switches.HMC245 is a family of high power RF switchs.In order to operate high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to its CMOS/TTL COMPATIBLE feature.A 3mA supply current is required to power this RF switch ic.An RF switch ic with the General Purpose RF type.RF Switchs that can supply 5V volts are available.

The HMC245QS16(E) is a low cost non-reflective SP3T switch in 16-lead QSOP surface mount packages. Covering DC to 3.5 GHz, the switch offers 30 to 40 dB isolation and a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB. A 2:3 TTL/CMOS compatible decoder is integrated on the switch requiring only 2 control lines and a single 5V bias to select each path, replacing 6 control lines normally required by GaAs SP3T switches.
