Description
The FDMF6823C is an ultra-compact, high-performance, high-frequency DrMOS module that integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs, and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced, 6x6 mm package. It is designed for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications.
