FDMF6707V Overview
It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).The 40-PowerTFQFN package includes H bridge to save money.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 8V~15V.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver can be used for a variety of purposes, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Using Surface Mount, the board is mounted.Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag is also one of full bridges specific characteristics.There are 40 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.40 pins is used as pronged contacts as H bridge ic of a signal interface.Based on its base H bridge ic number of FDMF6707, further related H bridge ics can be identified.H bridge circuit operates with the supply voltage of 12V.It is a kind of electronic H-bridge belonging to the XS? The XS™ DrMOS family is Fairchild’s next-generation, fully optimized, ultra-compact, integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solution for high-current, highfrequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications. The FDMF6707V integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs, and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced, ultra-compact 6x6mm PQFN package.With an integrated approach, the complete switching power stage is optimized for driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, system inductance, and power MOSFET RDS(ON). XS™ DrMOS uses Fairchild's highperformance PowerTrench® MOSFET technology, which dramatically reduces switch ringing, eliminating the snubber circuit in most buck converter applications.A new driver IC with reduced dead times and propagation delays further enhances performance. An internal 12V to 5V linear regulator enables the FDMF6707V to operate from a single 12V supply. A thermal warning function warns of potential overtemperature situations. FDMF6707V also incorporates features such as Skip Mode (SMOD) for improved lightload efficiency, along with a 3-state 3.3V PWM input for compatibility with a wide range of PWM controllers.
