In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 40-PowerTFQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.There are 40 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 40 pins are used.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of FDMF6706 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 5V.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the XS? The XS™ DrMOS family is Fairchild’s next-generation, fully optimized, ultra-compact, integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solutions for high-current, highfrequency, synchronous buck DC-DC applications. The FDMF6706C integrates a driver IC, two power MOSFETs, and a bootstrap Schottky diode into a thermally enhanced, ultra-compact 6x6mm PQFN package. With an integrated approach, the complete switching power stage is optimized with regards to driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, system inductance, and Power MOSFET RDS(ON). XS™ DrMOS uses Fairchild's high-performance PowerTrench® MOSFET technology, which dramatically reduces switch ringing, eliminating the need for a snubber circuit in most buck converter applications. A new driver IC with reduced dead times and propagation delays further enhances the performance of this part. A thermal warning function has been included to warn of a potential over-temperature situation. The FDMF6706C also incorporates features, such as Skip Mode (SMOD), for improved light-load efficiency along with a 3-state PWM input for compatibility with a wide range of PWM controllers.
