FDMF6706C Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.Cost savings are achieved by including H bridge in the 40-PowerTFQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.Among full bridges specific characteristics are Bootstrap Circuit, Status Flag.There are 40 terminations used to end a transmission line with the H bridge that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 40 pins are used.This H bridge ic has a base H bridge ic number of FDMF6706 which allows more related H bridge ics to be identified.H bridge circuit operates on a voltage of 5V.Basically, it is an electronic H-bridge that belongs to the XS?
