FDMF6700 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 6.4V~13.5V.In the way of Surface Mount, H bridge circuit is mounted.The operating temperature of -55°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in Synchronous Buck Converters as well.Mount the board using Surface Mount.H gates specific characteristics also include Bootstrap Circuit.It is used as a pronged contact as H bridge ic of a signal interface when 40 pins are used.Its base H bridge ic number, FDMF6700, can be used to locate other H bridge ics that are related.The maximum load current that power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature reaches 25A.The maximum amount of current which output reaches 65A.The output pins and the power supply pins are conducting 25A current.The Hbridge is equipped with 2 outputs.The operating supply voltage is maintained at 12V in order to ensure high efficiency.

The FDMF6700 is a fully optimized integrated 12V Driver plus MOSFET power stage solution for high current synchronous buck DC-DC applications. Fairchild Semiconductor’s integrated approach optimizes the complete switching power stage with regards to driver to FET dynamic performance, system inductance and overall solution ON resistance. Package parasitics and problematical layouts associated with conventional discrete solutions are greatly reduced. This integrated approach results in significant board space saving, therefore maximizing footprint power density. This solution isbased on the Intel™ DrMOS specification.
