FDMF5820DC Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used for packaging.For cost-saving purposes, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerWFQFN package.With the 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.The operating temperature of -40°C~125°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.In order to mount H gate on the PCB, Surface Mount is used.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Bootstrap Circuit, Latch Function, Status Flag.A transmission line can be terminated at a 33 termination with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the transmission line.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 31 pins are used as pronged contacts.A voltage of 5V is used as the supply voltage.The H-bridge is an electronic H-bridge of the PowerTrench?, SyncFET? series.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 60A.The output and power supply pins are flowing wH-bridgeh current 60A.It is equipped with 1 outputs.Drivers for the 2 family are integrated into the system.H-bridge is also able to provide 3 V VIN IS POSSIBLE ACCORDING TO APPLICATION CONDITION.

The SPS family is Fairchild’s next-generation, fully optimized, ultra-compact, integrated MOSFET plus driver power stage solution for high-current, high-frequency, synchronous buck, DC-DC applications. The FDMF5820DC integrates a driver IC with a bootstrap Schottky diode, two power MOSFETs, and a thermal monitor into a thermally enhanced, ultra-compact, 5 mm x 5 mm package.With an integrated approach, the SPS switching power stage is optimized for driver and MOSFET dynamic performance, minimized system inductance, and power MOSFET RDS(ON). The SPS family uses Fairchild's high-performance PowerTrench® MOSFET technology, which reduces switch ringing, eliminating the need for a snubber circuit in most buck converter applications.A driver IC with reduced dead times and propagation delays further enhances the performance. A thermal monitor function warns of a potential over-temperature situation. A programmable thermal shutdown function turns off the driver if an over-temperature condition occurs. The FDMF5820DC incorporates an Auto-DCM Mode (ZCD#) for improved light-load efficiency. The FDMF5820DC also provides a 3-state 3.3 V PWM input for compatibility with a wide range of PWM controllers.
