Description
The FAN7527B is an active Power Factor Correction (PFC) controller designed for electronic ballasts and low-power, high-density power supplies. It features an internal R/C filter, eliminating the need for external components. Special circuitry prevents no-load runaway conditions, and an output drive clamping circuit limits overshoot of the power MOSFET gate drive for improved reliability.
