Description
The FAN5333A/FAN5333B is a high-efficiency, high-current serial LED driver with an integrated 30V switch. It operates at a fixed switching frequency of 1.5MHz, minimizing switching noise. The device features adjustable output voltage, up to 1.5A peak switch current, and 1.5W output power capability. It has low shutdown current (<1μA), cycle-by-cycle current limit, low feedback voltage, over-voltage protection, and internal compensation. The FAN5333A has a 110mV feedback voltage, while the FAN5333B has a 315mV feedback voltage. It also includes thermal shutdown protection and is available in a 5-lead SOT23 package.
