FAN5099M Description
The FAN5099 is a surface mount controller with a 16-SOIC package, measuring 0.154 inches (3.90mm) in width. It has an operating temperature range of -10°C to 85°C and is packaged in a tube. The voltage supply range is 4.5V to 5.5V and its base part number is FAN5099. This controller has a switching frequency of 50kHz to 300kHz and its output can handle a voltage/current of 0.8V to 3V at 5A. It does not include an LED driver.
