DS18S20-PAR T&R Overview
Safety is ensured by the packaging of these analog sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) packages. In order for this sensor to work properly, it has 3 pins. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. However, this magnetic switch can supply 3V voltage in DC circuits. If the analog sensors were operating, they could supply 5.5V. In theory, this sensor can work on 1.5mA current. Using the analog sensors, you can set the maximum operating temperature to 100°C. For the sensor to work, the operating temperature cannot be lower than -55°C.
