Description
DS1100Z-45 T Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is used. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. A reliable performance can be achieved with the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C.
