Description
DS1100Z-250 T Overview
The product is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR) in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages eliminate the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. This type of mounting is based on the Surface Mount technique. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. A number of related parts with the same base part number DS1100 are universally preferred for a wide range of applications. There are two terminals at DUAL. For unique configurations, it is equipped with 8 terminations. The supply voltage of 5V is provided when operating. It uses the logic type SILICON DELAY LINE. Developed on the basis of advanced CMOS technology. It provides all of the advantages associated with the subcategory of Delay Lines. It is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.
