DS1100LZ-50 Overview
It is packaged using Tube for cost-effectiveness. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. As a mounting technique, Surface Mount has been used. It features -40°C~85°C operating temperature.
