Description
DS1100LZ-40 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. Using the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. This is due to the supply voltage of 3V~3.6V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. The operating temperature is -40°C~85°C. As a result, it is configured with 5 taps/steps. The use of multiple related parts with the same base part number DS1100L is universally preferred for a wide variety of applications. DUAL is the location of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 8 terminations. During operation, 3.3V is provided with a supply voltage. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology. This category provides all the benefits of the subcategory Delay Lines.
