Description
DS1100LZ-250 T Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Tape & Reel (TR). The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package eliminates the need for additional insulating hardware in applications. In order to ensure reliable performance, 3V~3.6V is supplied with a voltage. It is mounted using the technique of Surface Mount. This device has an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C. The device is configured with 5 taps/steps. For a wide range of applications, related parts with the same base part number DS1100L are universally preferred. Terminals are located at DUAL. Several terminations are provided for unique configurations, including a 8 termination. During operation, the supply voltage for 3.3V is provided. There is a logic type SILICON DELAY LINE used in it. Based on advanced CMOS technology, it has been developed. This category provides all the benefits of the subcategory Delay Lines.
