Description
The DS1044 series is a 4-in-1 version of the low-power, 5 Volt, high-speed DS1035. It features four independent logic buffered delays in a single package. The device is Dallas Semiconductor's fastest 4-in-1 delay line and is available in a standard 14-pin DIP and 14-pin SOIC.
The DS1044 series has precise leading and trailing edge accuracies and the inherent reliability of an all-silicon delay line solution. The nominal tolerance is ±1.5 ns with an additional tolerance over temperature and voltage of ±1.0 ns for the faster delays. Each output can drive up to 10 LS loads.
