DS1040Z-75 Overview
For cost-effectiveness, it is packaged using Tube. With the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, additional insulation hardware is no longer required. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. In order to mount this device, the technique of Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with 0°C~70°C operating temperature. It is configured with 5 taps/steps.
