DS1005S-250 Overview
The product is packaged using Tube in order to maximize its cost-effectiveness. In applications requiring insulating hardware, the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is able to eliminate the need for this. This is due to the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, which ensures reliable performance. It is mounted using the Surface Mount technique. The device features an operating temperature of 0°C~70°C.
