Description
DS1005M-250 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. As a result of the supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V, reliable performance is possible. As the mounting method, the Through Hole technique is used. The operating temperature of this unit is 0°C~70°C.
