DS1005-200 Overview
As a cost-effective packaging method, Tube is used. By using the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, applications are no longer required to use additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of 4.75V~5.25V. The technique of Through Hole is employed as its mounting type. The operating temperature is 0°C~70°C. 5 taps/steps are configured. At DUAL are the terminals. As a result, it is equipped with 14 terminations for unique configurations. An operating voltage of 5V is applied to the device when it is in operation. It uses SILICON DELAY LINE as a logic type. This technology was developed due to the advancement in CMOS technology.
