CYP15G0401DXB-BGXI Overview
256-LBGA Exposed Pad package is used to save board space.Packing is done according to the Tray method.A Surface Mount mounting type is used.4 circuits are used in this telecom IC .Providing 3.135V~3.465V wtelecom IC's efficiencyh the correct supply voltage will improve efficiency.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.Telecom switching is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.There are 256 terminations can be found in telecom switching configuration.A 3.3V supply voltage is required to operate it.The telecom interface contains 256 pins.CY*15G04 can be used to locate related parts based on telecom switching's base part number.A current of 830mA is used as the supply current.With the voltage of 3.3V as its supply voltage, designers have a great deal of flexibility.Network Interfaces subcategories telecommunications device .This part can perform many functions similar to the electronic parts under the HOTlink II? series.It is recommended to keep the supply current at 1.1A for normal operation.The 4 transceiver is integrated into the telecommunication product.
