Description
The CY24272 is a Rambus® XDR™ clock generator with zero SDA hold time. It meets Rambus Extended Data Rate (XDRT) clocking requirements, with 25 ps typical cycletocycle jitter and 135 dBc/Hz typical phase noise at 20 MHz offset. The device supports a 100 or 133 MHz differential clock input and provides highspeed clock support from 300 to 667 MHz. It features quad (open drain) differential output drivers and supports frequency multipliers of 3, 4, 5, 6, 9/2, and 15/4. The CY24272 operates at 2.5 V and is available in a 28pin TSSOP package.
