CY23S02SXI-1T Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. In this clock generator, LVCMOS, LVTTL is used as the input to the clock. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3.3V 5V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVCMOS logic. It has been classified as a Fanout Distribution, Frequency Multiplier, Zero Delay Buffer electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor.
