CY2308SXC-4 Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3.3V.
