CY22394FXC Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called LVTTL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 200MHz 400MHz maximum. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 3.135V~3.465V. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at 0°C~70°C, which is 0°C~70°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS, PECL logic.
