Description
The CY22393, CY22394, and CY22395 are a family of threePLL serialprogrammable flashprogrammable clock generators. They feature ultrawide divide counters, improved linear crystal load capacitors, and flash programmability with an external programmer. These devices are fieldprogrammable and offer low jitter, high accuracy outputs, and power management options. They have configurable crystal drive strength and frequency select through three external LVTTL inputs. The CY22393, CY22394, and CY22395 operate at 3.3 V and come in a 16pin TSSOP package. They are supported by CyClocks RT™ software.
