The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 8 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
