Description
The CDCU877 is a 1.8V phase lock loop (PLL) clock driver designed for double data rate (DDR II) applications. It distributes a differential clock input pair to ten differential clock outputs and one differential feedback clock output. The clock outputs are controlled by the input clocks, feedback clocks, LVCMOS control pins, and analog power input. The device features low jitter, low skew, and low power consumption. It meets or exceeds the JESD828 PLL standard for PC23200/4300.
