Description
The CDCE949/CDCEL949 is a programmable 4PLL VCXO clock synthesizer with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V LVCMOS outputs. It is a member of the Programmable Clock Generator Family, which includes the CDCE913/CDCEL913 (1 PLL, 3 Outputs), CDCE925/CDCEL925 (2 PLLs, 5 Outputs), and CDCE937/CDCEL937 (3 PLLs, 7 Outputs).
The CDCE949/CDCEL949 is highly flexible and can be programmed to generate a wide range of clock frequencies. It features three userdefinable control inputs (S0/S1/S2) that can be used for SSC selection, frequency switching, output enable, or power down. The device also includes a programmable SSC modulation feature that enables 0PPM clock generation.
The CDCE949/CDCEL949 is packaged in a TSSOP and operates over a wide temperature range of 40°C to 85°C.
