Description
The CD4536B is a programmable timer consisting of 24 ripple-binary counter stages. It offers flexibility by allowing counting from 1 to 24 or bypassing the first 8 stages to select an output from any of the remaining 16 stages using a 4-bit code. The device can be driven by an external clock or an RC oscillator constructed using on-chip components. Additionally, an on-chip monostable circuit provides a variable pulse width output.
