CA3140MZ Overview
The Surface Mount technology has been widely used since it was first introduced in 1998. This technology, also known as SMT, allows electronic components to be mounted directly onto the surface of a printed circuit board, making it more compact and efficient. One of the most common forms of SMT is the GULL WING terminal form, which is characterized by its distinctive shape resembling a seagull's wings. This form is designated by the JESD-609 code e3. The JESD-30 code R-PDSO-G8 is used to identify the number of functions of a component, with R indicating 1 function. The General Purpose amplifier type with a bandwidth of 4.5MHz and a slew rate of 9V/μs was first published in 1998 and is now classified as ROHS3 Compliant, meeting the environmental standards set by the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) directive.
