Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 1kV.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.A forward current of 3A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 3A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.Surge currents are limited to 50A.In terms of output current, the maximum value is 3A.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 5μA, as shown in the data chart.
